Income Statement

Inderes' revenue growth in the second quarter was driven by strong sales performance in the Software business, particularly in recurring revenue products. The company's ability to adapt to the shift towards fully digital general meetings has opened up new opportunities for its AGM product, contributing to the revenue growth. However, the Events business revenue was impacted by higher subcontracting costs associated with large event productions, which may indicate a need for the company to optimize its cost structure. Despite this, the overall revenue growth in the second quarter was encouraging, and Inderes' strategy of investing in product development and international growth appears to be paying off. The company's ability to win new international customers, particularly in Denmark and Sweden, suggests that its internationalization strategy is gaining momentum.

Inderes has demonstrated a notable improvement in EBIT profitability, with a significant increase in the EBIT margin compared to the previous year. This development is largely driven by the strong recurring revenue growth in the Software business, which has contributed to a more stable and predictable revenue stream. Additionally, the company's ability to maintain a stable revenue and cost structure in the Research business has also played a crucial role in enhancing profitability. However, the growth in AGM services and Capital Markets Day (CMD) productions has introduced some volatility in the cost structure, which has somewhat tempered the pace of profitability growth. Nevertheless, Inderes's focus on operational efficiency and cost management has enabled the company to maintain a robust EBIT margin, positioning it for continued growth and success.
