Income Statement

Verkkokauppa's revenue growth has been driven by a strong performance in B2B and international sales, indicating a successful expansion of their customer base beyond domestic consumers. The company's focus on core categories such as electronics and home appliances has yielded positive results, with small domestic appliances delivering the strongest performance in the quarter. However, television sales declined against a strong comparison period, suggesting that Verkkokauppa may need to adapt its product offerings or marketing strategies to maintain momentum in this category. The company's selective expansion into complementary categories is also paying off, as evidenced by the growth in international sales. Overall, Verkkokauppa's revenue development is characterized by a mix of strong core performance and strategic expansion efforts, positioning the company for continued growth in the second half of 2026.

Verkkokauppa's EBIT profitability has shown a mixed trend, with some periods experiencing slight improvements while others have remained relatively stable. The company's ability to maintain a consistent operating result despite fluctuations in other areas suggests a robust operational foundation. However, the comparable operating margin has been impacted by various factors, including changes in gross profit and operating expenses. Verkkokauppa's efforts to optimize its cost structure and improve efficiency are likely contributing to the stabilization of EBIT profitability. Nevertheless, the company still faces challenges in achieving higher levels of profitability, which may require further strategic adjustments and investments in areas such as operational excellence and innovation.
